Even though I gave the correct address and verified that it was the correct address, they were sent to the wrong address. After reaching out to the customer service option multiple days ago I still haven't received any response or indication that anything will be done to correct this.

I tried the Yawanawa Tsunu Hapé from a different brand and was disappointed that it didn’t seem to do much. I have a friend who has had the same experience with that other brand.
