W1SE Market – Refund & Return Policy

W1SE Market is a curated marketplace connecting customers with independent vendors offering thoughtfully made goods. Because each product is fulfilled by an independent seller, returns and refunds follow clear guidelines to protect both buyers and creators.

Return Requests

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging

To request a return, contact support@w1se.com with:

  • Order number
  • Brief explanation
  • Photos (required for damage or incorrect item claims)

Requests submitted after 14 days may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital products or downloads
  • Consumable goods (teas, supplements, food, wellness items once opened)
  • Intimate or personal care items
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Event tickets, services, or experiences
  • Gift cards

These exclusions help ensure hygiene, safety, and fairness to vendors.

Return Approval & Shipping

  • All returns require approval before shipping.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days of approval.
  • Returned items must be received in original condition.
  • Returns sent without approval may be refused.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped or entered production.

Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production begins.

Marketplace Responsibility

W1SE Market facilitates communication and resolution between buyers and independent vendors. While vendors fulfill and ship their products, W1SE Market may step in to assist if an issue cannot be resolved directly.
